Overview

Faith Technologies is seeking a Low Voltage Foreman in Boise, Idaho. This role involves supervising the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of specialty systems while ensuring safety and project deadlines are met. The Foreman will work under self-directed management and is expected to foster teamwork and effective communication within the crew.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervises installation of specialty systems for 5-10 individuals or multiple projects
  • Performs duties of a Specialty Systems Technician
  • Travels to customer locations for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Enforces and promotes workplace safety procedures
  • Maintains current technical aptitude
  • Participates in operational risk management meetings

Required skills

  • Knowledge of BICSI Cabling Installation Program
  • Familiarity with National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET)
  • Understanding of National Electric Code (NEC)
  • Experience with cabling installation, including copper/fiber structured cabling
  • Proficient in tools and technologies for security, audio, and access control systems
  • Skills in team leadership and project management
  • Competence in troubleshooting and safety management
