Overview

Faith Technologies is seeking a Low Voltage Foreman to supervise the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of specialty systems while ensuring adherence to safety procedures. This role requires a strong commitment to teamwork and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively in varied work schedules.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervises the installation of specialty systems with a team of 5-10 individuals.
  • Travels to customer locations to install, troubleshoot, and maintain various specialty systems.
  • Performs the job duties of a Specialty Systems Technician.
  • Enforces and promotes workplace safety procedures.
  • Maintains technical aptitude in relevant areas.
  • Participates in safety initiatives such as tool-box talks and operational risk management meetings.
  • Completes projects on time and within estimated job costs.

Required skills

  • Knowledge of BICSI Cabling Installation Program
  • Familiarity with NICET and NEC standards
  • Project Management skills
  • Team Leadership abilities
  • Technical aptitude in cabling systems and installations
  • Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Ability to work self-directed and manage multiple projects
