Overview

As a Low Voltage Foreman at Faith Technologies, you will oversee the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of specialty systems while leading a team of technicians. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and the proper execution of projects in line with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise installation of specialty systems for teams of 5-10 individuals or multiple projects
  • Perform duties of a Specialty Systems Technician
  • Travel to customer premises for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of specialty systems
  • Promote and enforce workplace safety procedures
  • Maintain technical aptitude and knowledge of industry standards

Required skills

  • Knowledge of BICSI Cabling Installation Program
  • Familiarity with NICET and National Electric Code (NEC)
  • Experience with copper/fiber structured cabling, CCTV, WLAN, fire alarm systems, and more
  • Team leadership and project management skills
  • Safety management techniques
