Job Description

Overview

As a Low Voltage Foreman at Faith Technologies, you will oversee the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of specialty systems while leading a team of technicians. This role requires a focus on safety, technical aptitude, and effective project management in a dynamic work environment with significant travel requirements.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise installation of specialty systems for 5-10 individuals and multiple projects
  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain various specialty systems including structured cabling and security systems
  • Enforce and promote workplace safety procedures
  • Demonstrate effective use of Faith Performance Advantage
  • Keep technical knowledge current
  • Perform related duties as required

Required skills

  • Knowledge of the BICSI Cabling Installation Program
  • Certification from National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET)
  • Familiarity with National Electric Code (NEC)
  • Strong team leadership and project management skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot low voltage systems
  • Customer service skills
  • Safety management experience
  • Proficient in cabling installation and telecommunications
