Job Description

Overview

Faith Technologies is seeking a Low Voltage Foreman in Sheboygan, Wisconsin to supervise the installation of specialty systems while promoting a Culture of Care focused on employee well-being. The role includes significant travel and requires strong management skills to ensure projects are completed safely and on time.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervises the installation of specialty systems with a team of 5-10 individuals across multiple projects
  • Installs, troubleshoots, and maintains specialty systems such as structured cabling, CCTV, and fire alarms
  • Enforces and promotes workplace safety procedures
  • Maintains current technical knowledge and skills
  • Performs other related duties as required

Required skills

  • Knowledge of BICSI Cabling Installation Program
  • Familiarity with National Electric Code (NEC)
  • Experience in project management and team leadership
  • Troubleshooting and safety management skills
  • Completion of Electronic Systems Technician (EST) Apprenticeship Program (if applicable)
