This is more than an administrative role. You will be the operational leader of the clinic, responsible for ensuring excellence from the front desk to the back office while creating a culture of accountability, service, and growth. About the Role As the Office Manager, you will oversee all non-clinical operations of the practice, including:Patient experience and service excellenceTeam leadership and staff developmentScheduling and operational efficiencyRevenue growth and KPI performancePatient conversion and retentionBilling, collections, and insurance processesHuman resources and employee performanceFacility management and clinic presentationYou will serve as the operational backbone of the clinic, ensuring every patient receives an outstanding experience while helping the business achieve its growth and profitability goals.
