Overview

Northfield Propane is seeking an experienced Local Class B Truck Driver with HAZMAT certification to join their rapidly growing team in Ohio. The role focuses on safely delivering propane to residential and commercial customers while maintaining compliance with safety standards and vehicle maintenance.

Key responsibilities

  • Safely deliver propane to residential and commercial customers.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
  • Maintain daily open communication with management regarding vehicle prioritization and repair ETA.
  • Be the friendly and familiar face of the company.

Required skills

  • Valid CDL and HAZMAT (X) endorsements
  • Acceptable Driving Record (MVR)
  • Commitment to safety
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong and polite communication skills
  • At least 2 years of proven propane delivery experience
  • Routing software proficiency
