Overview

The Loan Servicing Representative at American Community Bank of Indiana plays a critical role in managing and supporting the full lifecycle of loan servicing. This detail-oriented and analytical position focuses on ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of the bank's loan portfolio, particularly regarding insurance tracking and escrow accounts.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage daily loan servicing tasks such as payment processing and account reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate records in the loan servicing system, ensuring data integrity
  • Monitor loan portfolios for delinquencies and covenant compliance
  • Prepare and analyze reports for internal departments and regulators
  • Support escrow management, including tax and insurance payments
  • Respond to borrower inquiries and audit requests
  • Perform system audits to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve servicing issues
  • Administer construction loans and maintain detailed funding records
