Confidentiality is very critical to this role.What This Role Will Do:Production runner for the Nashville marketProvide transportation for touring and venue personnel throughout the show day, such as hotel & airport pickups and drop-offs.Run errands such as laundry, grocery shopping, package delivery, equipment rentals, coffee runs, etc.Coordinate large take-out orders with local restaurants, purchasing, retrieving and distributing to tour personnel.Coordinate large shopping lists from local grocery stores and deliver to the venueAssist touring, venue & production staff with general production-related duties.Maintain cash & receipts.Provide local area information to touring staffAssist the Production Manager and Production Coordinator with other tasks that arise throughout the dayWhat This Person Will Bring:21 years or olderValid driver's license & good driving recordSafe driving habits are a must, motor vehicle report will be obtained annuallyPunctual Early is on timeOperational cell phone with ability to download WhatsApp & mapsFriendly & personable, works well with others but also able to work independently, team player and customer service oriented attitude is a mustMust be highly flexible and can work long hours (typical show day runs about 14 -16 hours)Knowledge of Nashville and the surrounding areas, including restaurants and local storesAbility to drive larger vehicles such as 15 Passenger vans or large SUVsStrong attention to detail and possess problem-solving abilitiesHandle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining pleasant & professionalMust be reliable, extremely responsible and have a positive attitudeMust show complete discretion about workBackground check requiredPreferred:3 years work experience interacting with people in a positive environmentExperience in a live music environment or comparable rolePhysical Demands/Working Environment:Working environment is fast-paced, often loud and stressfulPosition requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet both indoors or outdoorsMust be able to lift or move up to 40 lbs using proper lifting techniquesIntensely physical environmentEqual Employment OpportunityWe are passionate and committed to our people and go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion.
