Job Description: Serve as a Platform and Automation engineer for Linux system environments Provide end-to-end ownership of complex Linux system environments Work with teams to keep systems running smoothly and securely Serve as the team's expert and owner for all things systems administrationo You are the first line of defense against a variety of server threats Monitor alerts, triage outages, and come up with plans to solve issuesAutomate processes such as:System provisioningLog ParsingData TransformationsOperational workflowsAdminister enterprise Linux servers including:Operating system patchingSecurity hardening, monitoring, and troubleshootingAdminister AWS cloud accounts with TerraformTroubleshoot and debug via the AWS Console and CLIHandle data storage and indexing systems operations, including:Monitoring, backup management, and upgradesConfigure and maintain web servers, including:Monitoring and configuration management Design, build, deploy, maintain, and secure platform infrastructure Qualification: Strong experience with the following:o Platform, Automation, and/or Infrastructure engineering o Linux engineeringo Cloud administration Proficient using the following languages for automating repetitive tasks:o Pythono Ansibleo Bash/go (preferred)Ability to troubleshoot server hardware failuresApplied knowledge in operating system security and hardeningExperience in patch/configuration management in enterprise production environmentsExposure to operation and configuration of database and web server technologiesExperience with automation frameworkso Specifically Ansible, to write scripts and automate security processesClearance: TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph ClearanceJob Type: Full-timeCompensation details: 00 Yearly SalaryPI375b582ac5-
