Overview

Carthage Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team in Deferiet, New York. This role offers flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time shifts available, and includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus as well as daily pay options.

Key responsibilities

  • Collect required information from new residents for admission
  • Record health details of residents, including vital signs and temperature
  • Administer medications and injections as needed
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) when required
  • Assist residents with dressing and personal hygiene
  • Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output
