Overview

Carthage Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team in Carthage, NY. This role offers both full-time and part-time positions, with shifts available from 3-11 and 11-7. The facility emphasizes teamwork and a commitment to providing a comfortable, dignified environment for its residents.

Key responsibilities

  • Collecting required information from new Residents for admission
  • Recording health details of Residents, including vitals and temperature
  • Administering medications and injections as needed
  • Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores
  • Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required
  • Assisting Residents with dressing and personal hygiene
  • Monitoring Residents' food and liquid intake and output
