Overview

Carthage Center is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team in Deer River, NY. The position offers both full-time and part-time shifts with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and Daily Pay options, providing flexibility for employees.

Key responsibilities

  • Collect required information from new Residents for admission
  • Record health details of Residents, including vitals and temperature
  • Administer medications and injections as needed
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) if required
  • Assist Residents with dressing and personal hygiene
  • Monitor Residents' food and liquid intake and output
