Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans for patients undergoing rehabilitation, focusing on pain management and mobility improvement.Implement evidence-based physical therapy techniques and interventions tailored to meet the specific needs of each patient.Utilize therapeutic modalities and exercises to promote recovery and manage physical limitations.Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, self-management strategies, and home exercise programs to facilitate ongoing recovery.Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans and contribute insights based on physical therapy evaluations.Participate in community outreach programs aimed at improving awareness of physical health and wellness. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work with a diverse patient population at various stages of their recovery journey. This includes individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and other physical impairments. QualificationsActive state licensure as a Physical Therapist with relevant certification.Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field, with a commitment to continuing education in physical health.Strong understanding of physical rehabilitation principles and patient assessment techniques.Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and a diverse healthcare team.Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and knowledge of healthcare regulations. Preferred ExperiencePrevious experience in a rehabilitation center or hospital setting.Familiarity with therapeutic modalities including ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and manual therapy techniques.Experience in developing and conducting group exercise therapy sessions.Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient tracking.
