Overview

Worxweb Solutions is seeking Licensed Medicare Sales Agents for a health insurance company in Boca Raton, Florida. This inbound-only role involves educating Medicare beneficiaries about their coverage options and guiding them through the enrollment process, with no cold calling required. The position allows for new agents willing to complete AHIP certification prior to starting.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from Medicare beneficiaries
  • Educate prospects on Medicare Advantage plans and benefits
  • Conduct needs-based consultations and enroll eligible individuals
  • Provide outstanding customer service throughout the enrollment process
  • Follow CMS and carrier compliance guidelines
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Collaborate with team leadership to achieve goals

Required skills

  • Active Health Insurance license required
  • Licensed in at least 7 states, including Texas and Florida
  • AHIP certification required prior to start date
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to compliance
