Overview

Worxweb Solutions is seeking Licensed Medicare Sales Agents for a health insurance company in Boca Raton, Florida. This full-time, inbound-only position allows agents to work directly with Medicare beneficiaries, providing guidance on coverage options and assisting with enrollment, without the need for cold calling.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from Medicare beneficiaries interested in coverage options
  • Educate prospects on Medicare Advantage plans and benefits
  • Conduct needs-based consultations and enroll eligible individuals
  • Provide outstanding customer service throughout the enrollment process
  • Follow CMS and carrier compliance guidelines
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Collaborate with team leadership to achieve individual and team goals

Required skills

  • Active Health Insurance license required
  • Licensed in at least 7 states, including Texas and Florida
  • AHIP certification required prior to start date
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to compliance
  • Team-oriented and motivated to hit individual production goals
