Leasing Agent PositionWinterwood, Inc., a family-owned property management company with five years of experience, is seeking a full-time Leasing Agent to join our team at Laurel at the Woodlands, located at 3724 Woodland Mills Drive, Louisville, KY 40216. This role plays a key part in leasing and marketing efforts, helping to ensure that occupancy goals are consistently met.We're looking for someone who is customer-focused, organized, and tech-savvy, with a strong interest in housing and community engagement.Position Details:Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)Work Schedule: MondayFriday: 8:30 AM 6:00 PMSaturday: 10:00 AM 5:00 PMNote: Occasional Saturday work may be required, with the option to take a weekday off in exchange. During the lease-up period, extended hours may be necessary. Overtime has been approved by ownership.Compensation: $16.00 per hour.
