Job Description Job Description Circle One Property Management is seeking a motivated, organized Leasing Agent to support our growing residential property management portfolio. This role is responsible for helping prospective residents through the leasing process, coordinating property showings, following up with leads, and helping maintain strong occupancy across our properties.The ideal candidate is responsive, professional, comfortable communicating with a wide range of people, and able to manage multiple prospects and properties at once.ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to leasing inquiries from prospective residentsSchedule and conduct property showingsFollow up consistently with prospective tenants throughout the leasing processProvide accurate information regarding available properties, rental requirements, pricing, and lease termsAssist prospective tenants with rental applications and required documentationCoordinate with the property management team regarding unit availability and move-in readinessMaintain accurate records of leads, showings, applications, and leasing activityMarket available rental properties through approved listing platforms and other channelsAssist with lease preparation, signing, and move-in coordinationBuild positive relationships with prospective and current residentsHelp identify opportunities to improve leasing activity and reduce vacancyPerform other leasing and property-management-related duties as neededQualificationsStrong communication and customer service skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-upsComfortable speaking with prospective tenants by phone, text, email, and in personReliable and able to work independentlyBasic computer and CRM/property management software skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportationPrevious leasing, property management, real estate, hospitality, or sales experience is preferred but not requiredWhat We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and understands that successful leasing requires consistent communication and follow-up.
