Responsibilities: Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective residentsRespond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins in a timely and professional mannerProcess rental applications, run background and credit checks, and verify eligibilityPrepare and execute lease agreements in compliance with local and state regulationsMaintain accurate records of leads, traffic, and occupancy using property management softwareDevelop and implement marketing strategies to attract qualified prospectsBuild and maintain positive relationships with current residents to support lease renewals Requirements: 1+ years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferredStrong HCVP skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitudeFamiliarity with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, or similar) a plusKnowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulationsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independentlyHigh school diploma or equivalent required; real estate license a plusAbility to work weekends and flexible hours as needed About Us: Equity Property Partners a boutique property management company is a trusted name in Atlanta's real estate market, dedicated to providing quality residential and commercial properties that communities are proud to call home.
