As a Lead Rehabilitation Technician, you'll support individuals recovering from traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries while providing leadership to a team of Rehabilitation Technicians. You'll balance hands-on client care with coaching, training, scheduling, and ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centered services. What You'll Do Provides leadership, coaching, and oversight for Rehab Tech I, II, and II staff Participates in the on-call rotation Attend to administrative needs and coordinate with medical providers Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications Support community outings, transportation, and activities Build positive relationships and encourage independence Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment What We're Looking For Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Strong communication and ability to build trust Adaptable, patient, and resilient Person-centered mindset with respect for individual differences What You Bring Required: Two-year degree from an accredited college or university. Equivalent leadership experience will be accepted with a High School Diploma or G.E.D in lieu of a 2-year degree. Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50 lbs.
