Overview

The Lead Laundry Attendant position at Marriott International involves managing laundry operations to ensure the efficient processing of garments and linens. This role requires maintaining accurate records, operating laundry machinery, and supporting team dynamics while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of items laundered.
  • Verify completion of laundry requests for each department.
  • Replenish laundry supplies and monitor chemical levels.
  • Operate and monitor washing and drying machinery.
  • Identify stained or damaged items for repair or treatment.
  • Assist management with hiring, training, and motivating employees.

Required skills
