Overview

Craig W Krueger is seeking a full-time HVAC Lead Installer in Spring Hill, Florida. The role involves the installation of HVAC units, adhering to safety guidelines and company specifications while maintaining high quality standards. The Lead Installer will work independently and provide guidance to team members.

Key responsibilities

  • Install HVAC equipment in customers' homes with precision and care
  • Design, fabricate, and install various ducts and duct fittings
  • Complete paperwork neatly and accurately
  • Provide guidance and training to HVAC Installer Helpers
  • Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, and installation teams
  • Keep the company truck clean and inventory up to date
  • Participate in professional training and development

Required skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in Air Conditioning Installation and Mechanic work
  • Proficient in split systems, package units, and heat pumps
  • Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Codes
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • EPA Certification (preferred)
