We're growing, and our Hartford, WI location is looking for a Lead Fence Installer to run installations and lead a crew in the field.What You'll Do • Lead a fence installation crew on residential, commercial, and farm projects • Install vinyl, aluminum, cedar wood, and chain link fencing and gates to A to Z quality standards • Pound posts, set posts, hang gates, and complete installations start to finish • Read job specs and layouts, and ensure every fence is built square, plumb, and built to last • Train and mentor crew members on proper installation techniques and safety • Operate installation equipment and maintain tools, trucks, and job sites • Represent A to Z Quality Fencing professionally with customers on every jobWhat We're Looking For • Fence installation experience strongly preferred - experienced installers start at $30/hour • Less experience?
