Together, were improving health and improving lives.Labcorp is seeking a Support Services Team Leader to join our team in Dublin, OH.Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00pm - 5:30am (rotating weekends).Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in the supervision of the day to day operations of the Department Name departmentHelp lead the team in their daily processes and proceduresAssist with preparation of laboratory specimens for analysis and testingOversee routing of specimens to their respective prep areasEncourage process improvements and best practicesPerform quality assurance checks to ensure efficiency and accuracyResolve any production errors as requested by managementResearch and resolve any production errors while escalating when necessaryEngage in continuous process and service level improvementsPerform quality assurance checks to ensure efficiency and accuracyResponsible for enforcing and managing policies and proceduresPerform administrative duties as neededMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent3 or more years of experience in a laboratory, healthcare, manufacturing or warehouse environmentPreferred QualificationsAssociates degree6 months or more of experience in a clinical laboratory6 months or more supervising or leading a teamAdditional Job StandardsUnderstanding of laboratory operations as well as policies and proceduresStrong computer skills; Proficient with Microsoft Office programs Ability to work independently and within a team environmentHigh level of attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitaskAbility to work in a fast paced production environment and meet established turn-around timesStrong communication skills; both written and verbalAbility to handle the physical requirements of the positionAble to pass a standardized color blindness testFlexibility to work overtime or other shifts depending on business needsAt Labcorp we have a passion for helping people live happy and healthy lives. Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.75Plus shift DifferentialAll job offers will be based on a candidates skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
