We are looking for an experienced CAD Drafter / Order Coordinator to join our team.We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in kitchen and bath drafting/design who understands cabinetry and is comfortable handling orders. This is not an entry-level position. Experience and attention to detail are very important for this role.Responsibilities include:Creating kitchen and bath floor plans and elevations in AutoCADDrafting cabinetry and custom millworkPreparing drawings and specifications for our designersReviewing shop drawings and order acknowledgmentsPreparing and placing cabinetry ordersChecking dimensions, finishes, and other order details for accuracyWorking closely with our designers and the rest of our teamWhat we're looking for:Minimum 3 years of kitchen and bath drafting/design experienceStrong AutoCAD skillsKnowledge of cabinetry and custom millworkExperience preparing and placing ordersAbility to read blueprints and construction drawingsOrganized and detail-orientedReliable and able to manage multiple jobs at onceWorks well with others and as part of a teamWe are a family-owned company and are looking for someone who wants a long-term position and can become an important part of our team.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM-3:00 PMWork Location: In person - Glenview, ILBenefits: profit sharing, 2 weeks paid vacation, paid holidays, and additional benefits depending on qualifications.
