Overview

The Katie Miller Program Coordinator at the Helen Ross McNabb Center is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of adolescent alcohol and drug residential services. This role involves co-facilitating groups, communication with educational liaisons, and ensuring the implementation of policies and procedures to support client safety and treatment effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Create monthly schedules and approve staffing patterns
  • Respond to crisis situations and complete incident reports
  • Conduct daily processing group in absence of clinical therapist
  • Maintain communication with DCS, Department of Education, and community schools
  • Complete required documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with policies
  • Provide direct supervision for team leaders and counselors
  • Assist with training and staff development initiatives
  • Maintain relationships with public schools and outside agencies for educational services
