Dishwasher / Kitchen UtilityWe are looking for a reliable and hard-working Dishwasher to join our back-of-house team. You will keep the kitchen running smoothly by ensuring all dishware, cookware, and kitchen equipment are clean, sanitized, and ready for service.Key responsibilities include:Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashers or manual three-compartment sinks.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dishwashing area and kitchen station.Sort, stack, and store clean items in designated areas across the kitchen.Empty trash cans, compost, and recycling bins throughout shifts.Assist prep cooks and chefs with basic setup or light cleaning tasks as needed.Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols.Metz Culinary Management is growing and we are seeking Dining Services Team Members who share our passion for amazing food and unforgettable service.
