If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a professional Executive Assistant! In this role, you will be an asset to the team, providing support to our Executive Vice President (EVP) of Sales & Marketing, as well as the team. Your attention to detail will help ensure seamless operations at the executive level, contributing to the overall success of our Global Sales, Product Management, Partner Support, and Marketing departments. Join us in this fast-paced and rewarding position and make an impact on our organization.What You'll Do:Be responsible for managing the calendars of the EVP and other team membersCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangementsAnswer/screen telephone calls and mail for leadersPrepare expense authorization's, coordinate invoice tracking, and track expense reportsMaintain both electronic and physical filing systemsPrepare highly confidential board slides, charts, and graphs and insert into presentationsCoordinate meetings and teleconferences both online and in personWrite, proof, and edit documents and correspondenceLiaise among peers, managers, teams and other personnel as necessary to gather and communicate pertinent information and agendasDesign and implement new processes and procedures for efficiencyWhat You'll Need To Succeed:5+ years of relevant experience as an executive administrative assistant, preferably in a technology companyProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook)Strong organizational skills, accurate attention to detail, sound decision-making abilities and great time management with the ability to set prioritiesMotivated, self-starter; able to make decisions with little or no supervisionBroad based skills to determine what EVPs and team may need prior to them requestingOvertime hours may be required when workload exceeds normal operating conditions or to help cover while peers are outCan thrive in a dynamic environment and stay on top of multiple projects or assignmentsStrong communication skills, with the ability to confidently present products, deliverables, analyses, and/or issuesPossess an analytical mindset, with the ability to understand a situation or problem and think critically to make decisions or come up with solutionsWe'll Also Need You To:Be a U.S. citizenBe able to travel up to 10%Work Environment:This position primarily works in an office setting and is largely sedentary with the maj
