I am seeking a motivated JDEdwards Business Analyst to support the HRIS and Payroll systems for a growing U.S.-based organization. This is a fully remote opportunity Must be U.S. based. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with JDE E1, supporting HR in all areas to include Payroll, T&A along with self service processes. Will be setting up employees, PDBAs, AAIs, budgeting, and executing Payroll runs. PLEASE NOTE: Candidate must have JDE E1 experience. This is a IT Systems position, not an HR/Payroll position Responsibilities: Serve as the primary IT owner for the HR/Payroll modules and associated JDE EnterpriseOne applications. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring smooth operations for HR and Payroll teams. Partner with end-users and stakeholders to implement process improvements and optimize existing workflows. Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for system updates or new initiatives. Provide guidance and support to HR and Payroll teams on business processes, including employee setup, payroll processing, budgeting, and system configurations. Develop documentation, training materials, and support materials for system users. Collaborate across business, IT, and external partners to ensure system solutions meet business needs.
