Overview

The IT Support Specialist at CFS will provide comprehensive technical support for hardware and software issues in a collaborative manufacturing environment. This role offers direct mentorship opportunities and aims to optimize business processes through technology adoption.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across shop and office
  • Administer and maintain Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft SQL Server environments
  • Enable business process optimization using scripting and report writing
  • Support ERP user needs, upgrades, and training
  • Lead IT onboarding and user account set-up

Required skills

  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory
  • Microsoft 365
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Proficiency with PowerShell, VBA, C, or VB.NET
  • Strong customer service orientation
