Job Description

Overview

As an IT Support Associate II at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations team by resolving technical issues within an Amazon Operations facility. This position requires self-motivated individuals who are ready to tackle challenges and work collaboratively to enhance our IT support capabilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment in Amazon Operations facilities
  • Handle support requests and procedures across the network
  • Assist in training new hires
  • Engage in continuous learning of new technologies
  • Support customers from multiple buildings as well as remote users
  • Lift up to 49lbs and stand/walk for 10-12 hours during shifts

Required skills

  • Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
  • 1+ years of support experience with Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems
  • High degree of customer service experience
  • CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, or other industry-relevant certifications preferred
