Roles and responsibilities -Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes items received as required; tracks orders and investigates tracking problems. -Records items received, maintains the centralized inventory database, performs physical counts of stock, and reconciles actual stock counts against computer-generated reports. -Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods to their appropriate locations; re-stocks items as necessary; organizes and labels warehouse shelves. -Processes and documents item returns as required following the company"s established standard procedures. -Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, filing, administrative paperwork, and answering telephones. -Performs miscellaneous job-related duties such as pulling drill bits as assigned by the supervisor. -Assists with shipping as needed QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS -High school diploma or GED equivalent. -Minimum of 1 year of experience directly related to inventory control, stockroom, or warehouse operations. -Note: A completed degree from an accredited institution that is above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis. -Possession of a valid PA driver's license is a strict requirement for this job.
