Overview

Clark-Reliance is seeking an Inventory Analyst in Strongsville, Ohio, to manage inventory data and ensure control within the manufacturing environment. The role involves collaborating with various departments while utilizing data management skills to investigate discrepancies and ensure accurate inventory records.

Key responsibilities

  • Input daily transactions and maintain control of inventory data
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Support weekly cycle counting and reconcile discrepancies
  • Review and assist in resolving incorrect pick discrepancies
  • Maintain and record data in the RMA database
  • Assist IT department with daily operations and monthly functions
  • Document processes for continuous improvement
  • Interact effectively with employees, suppliers, and customers
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience tracking high levels of inventory
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Intermediate computer skills and understanding of business mathematical concepts
  • Problem-solving and effective communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Understanding of warehouse layouts and experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
  • Knowledge of ERP concepts, preferably INFOR XA
