Overview

Fisher Investments is seeking an International Investment Counselor to service Canadian clients from their location in the United States. The role focuses on establishing strong client relationships, providing insights into investment strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction without the pressure of prospecting.

Key responsibilities

  • Build trusting and professional relationships with Canadian clients
  • Review clients' asset allocations quarterly to ensure alignment with long-term financial goals
  • Educate clients on portfolio strategies, investments, market events, and the competitive landscape
  • Gradually increase your roster of high-net-worth clients with the support of the sales team

Required skills

  • CFA (any level passed) and Series 65
  • 4+ years of portfolio management experience
  • Client relationship management
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Consultative approach with a focus on client needs
