Overview

Lyle Health is seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their growing multi-specialty group in Hopewell Junction, New York. This role involves working collaboratively with other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive patient care, including hospital rounds and independent office visits.

Key responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare providers
  • Perform hospital rounds for new consults and follow-up patients
  • Assist in discharge of patients
  • Conduct independent office visits
  • Obtain patient medical, physical, and psycho-social history
  • Perform comprehensive health assessments
  • Conduct non-invasive preventive screening procedures
  • Formulate appropriate diagnosis based on clinical findings

Required skills

  • Experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in internal medicine, primary care, or family medicine
  • New York Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA License (or ability to obtain)
