The IA identifies critical intelligence gaps, specifies collection requirements to fill gaps, and suggest new methodologies and collection techniques to eliminate gaps; optimize critical relationships with the HHS adn national policymakers for respective HHS Operating Divisions to ensure ongoing alignment of analysis with customer requirements; interact with customers on a regular basis and ensure customer requirements are routinely updated and prioritized.
