Overview

The Insurance Agencies Relations Manager for FF&C Mgt will work remotely and is responsible for growing premium and driving new business submissions within an assigned territory. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with appointed agents, recruiting new agents, and managing existing independent agents selling commercial property and casualty products.

Key responsibilities

  • Grow premium and drive new business submissions
  • Promote carrier and develop relationships with appointed agents
  • Recruit new agents within assigned territory
  • Conduct weekly agency visits to assess needs and identify growth opportunities
  • Demonstrate web and phone quoting to agents
  • Schedule and perform product and system training for agents
  • Review agency results, identify trends, and discuss strategy
  • Meet quarterly and annual sales and recruiting goals
  • Utilize company marketing system to document activities
  • Stay current on industry products and market changes
