Overview

The Insurance Agencies Relations Manager for FF&C Management will be responsible for managing relationships with appointed agents in the assigned territory, focusing on growing premium and driving new business submissions. This remote role involves recruiting new agents, conducting agency visits, performing product training, and strategizing to meet sales and recruiting goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Grow premium and drive new business submissions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with appointed agents
  • Recruit new agents within the assigned territory
  • Conduct weekly visits to assess agency needs and identify growth opportunities
  • Organize and perform product and system training for agents
  • Review agency results and discuss sales strategies
