Overview

McCrea Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an Installer to join their team in Warrenton, Virginia. The ideal candidate will be skilled in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) installation, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and integrity.

Key responsibilities

  • Install various HVAC systems including oil/gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and water heaters.
  • Work safely with refrigerant gases, fuel oils, natural gas, and propane.
  • Handle electrical systems with voltages up to 480 volts 3 phase.
  • Braise with high temperature torches and work with high-pressure nitrogen.
  • Install ductless mini splits and various types of humidifiers.
  • Occasionally fabricate ductwork to meet job requirements.
  • Ensure all installations comply with local building codes.
  • Complete checklists and required paperwork for each job.
  • Engage with customers to review jobs and address their questions.
