Overview

The Inside Sales & Sales Operations Specialist at Rapid Deployable Systems, LLC plays a vital role in supporting revenue growth through managing sales support activities and key operations processes. This on-site role in Binghamton involves ensuring quote and order accuracy, maintaining CRM data integrity, and facilitating communication across various internal teams to deliver a consistent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Responding to inbound customer inquiries and qualifying leads
  • Supporting field sales with RFQs, quotes, and pricing packages
  • Preparing and processing quotes and proposals in line with company policy
  • Reviewing incoming purchase orders for completeness and alignment with quotes
  • Coordinating customer onboarding and internal approvals for order acceptance
  • Providing status updates to customers and managing communication
  • Maintaining day-to-day accuracy of Dynamics CRM
  • Creating recurring dashboards and reports for sales metrics
  • Managing sales documentation and enablement tools
  • Coordinating with Finance on customer setup and credit holds
  • Partnering with Operations to confirm lead times and shipment windows
  • Identifying process gaps and implementing improvements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams for smooth order flow

Required skills

  • 2-5 years of experience in inside sales or sales support
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Office Suite
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of quoting and order entry processes
  • Ability to analyze data and create reports
