Overview

The Inside Sales & Sales Operations Specialist at Rapid Deployable Systems, LLC plays a crucial role in supporting revenue growth through managing sales support activities and key sales operations processes. This position entails ensuring quote and order accuracy, maintaining data integrity in Dynamics, and facilitating coordination across internal teams to deliver a consistent customer experience from inquiry to order acceptance.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries and qualify leads
  • Support field sales team with RFQs, quotes, and pricing packages
  • Prepare and process quotes and customer proposals
  • Review incoming purchase orders for accuracy and alignment to quotes
  • Coordinate order acceptance steps including onboarding and internal approvals
  • Provide status updates to customers regarding orders
  • Maintain data accuracy in Dynamics CRM
  • Build and publish reports and dashboards
  • Manage sales documentation and enablement tools
  • Coordinate with Finance on payment and credit issues
  • Collaborate with Operations to confirm shipment timelines
  • Identify and implement process improvements

Required skills

  • 2-5 years in inside sales, sales support, or customer service
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of quoting and order entry processes
  • Ability to analyze data and create reports
