Overview

Lane Enterprises Inc is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage project quotations and support the sales team. This role involves building customer relationships, developing quotes, and coordinating with other departments while ensuring professional communication. Key responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact for project quotations
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to secure profitable orders
  • Provide sales assistance by qualifying customer calls and collecting project information
  • Develop quotes and review orders for clarity and accuracy
  • Handle maintenance bids and dealer relations
  • Coordinate inter-company orders when necessary
  • Maintain knowledge of products, specifications, and pricing guidelines
  • Perform administrative duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Minimum 2 years' administrative experience in a Sales support role
  • Experience with Drainage Systems
  • Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Computer literacy
