Overview

1-800 Hansons LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their growing Call Center team in Troy, Michigan. This role involves qualifying leads from inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a positive customer experience while aiming for professional growth within the company.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer inbound and outbound calls to qualify and schedule appointments for product presentations
  • Build rapport with customers to enhance overall customer experience
  • Demonstrate effective listening skills and answer customer questions promptly
  • Determine and address customer needs with appropriate solutions
  • Utilize internal business tools and applications to assist with inquiries
  • Maintain accuracy in documentation within the scheduling system
  • Support sales representatives via phone and email as needed
  • Complete other duties and special projects as assigned

Required skills

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one year of professional work experience
  • Customer service or call center experience
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office
  • Problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Teamwork and independent work skills
