Overview

Lane Enterprises Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to handle project quotations and assist in building customer relationships in Alachua, Florida. The role involves collaboration with sales representatives and external customers, along with various administrative duties, to ensure accurate and timely service.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for project quotations and build customer relationships.
  • Qualify customer calls and gather complete project information.
  • Develop and review quotes, prepare submittals, and estimate delivery dates.
  • Maintain knowledge of Lane's products and specifications.
  • Coordinate inter-company orders and efficiently handle maintenance bids.
  • Cold call and follow up on leads to develop customer base.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments for effective communication.

Required skills

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a sales support role
  • Experience with Drainage Systems
  • Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Problem-solving skills and results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
