Overview

The Gund Company is seeking a full-time Industrial Maintenance Technician III to join their team in Waukesha, Wisconsin. This is a highly skilled position focused on troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance of a variety of manufacturing machinery and facility systems.

Key responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair manufacturing equipment including mills, routers, and electrical machinery.
  • Communicate with external contractors for necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Document work performed using maintenance tracking software.
  • Analyze equipment repairs and recommend improvements to reduce downtime.
  • Maintain an orderly inventory of maintenance equipment and spare parts.
  • Attend training to upgrade skills.
  • Participate in safety culture and continuous improvement efforts.

Required skills

  • Advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair skills.
  • Ability to diagnose control circuits, drives, and PLCs.
  • Experience in Mig & Tig welding.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Experience repairing facility infrastructure including plumbing and pneumatic systems.
  • Familiarity with HAAS and Amada equipment.
