Overview

Cube Hub is looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their Equipment Management Warehouse team in New London, Connecticut. This hands-on role involves inspecting, maintaining, and repairing lifting and transport equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and manufacturer standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Inspect and register new and existing lifting equipment
  • Perform routine servicing and preventative maintenance
  • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and instrumentation systems
  • Conduct electrical safety testing in accordance with standards
  • Assemble and disassemble transport equipment
  • Maintain accurate service and inspection documentation
  • Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) procedures
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation as required

Required skills

  • Proven experience in equipment maintenance and repair
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to diagnose faults and perform effective repairs
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office or similar)
