Job Description

Overview

Bakerly LLC is seeking an Industrial FP&A Analyst to provide financial oversight and analytical support for its U.S. manufacturing operations. This role focuses on collaborating with plant leadership to enhance financial reporting, inventory monitoring, and cost analysis, contributing to operational excellence and informed decision-making.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide financial oversight and analytical support for manufacturing operations
  • Collaborate with plant directors and operations teams to monitor production performance
  • Track Yield and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) for production lines
  • Prepare weekly and monthly financial reporting on production accounts
  • Analyze gross margin by product and reconcile net sales vs. COGS
  • Own the monthly close for all plant cost centers
  • Present monthly plant performance reviews to plant leadership

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing cost controlling or industrial FP&A
  • Experience in food & beverage or CPG industry preferred
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAGE preferred) and BI tools (Power BI preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
  • Full professional English proficiency; Spanish and/or French is a plus
  • Solid understanding of standard costing and inventory management
