Job Description

Overview

The Industrial FP&A Analyst at Bakerly LLC will provide financial oversight and analytical support for the company's U.S. manufacturing operations. This role serves as the primary finance partner to plant leadership, focusing on financial reporting, cost analysis, and operational support across two plants and seven production lines. The position offers an opportunity to enhance financial tools and gain direct exposure to key leadership roles within the company.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with plant directors and operations teams to monitor production performance and validate inventory data.
  • Communicate weekly and monthly financial results, cost variances, and performance trends to stakeholders.
  • Track Yield and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) for production lines and present findings monthly.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports on key production accounts and monitor cost per ton.
  • Supervise inventory positions including raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
  • Analyze gross margin by product and reconcile net sales vs. COGS.
  • Own monthly close for all plant cost centers and verify cost allocations.
  • Prepare and present monthly plant performance reviews to leadership.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master's or CPA/CMA preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing cost controlling or plant finance.
  • Experience in building financial reports and dashboards; familiarity with ERP (SAGE) and BI tools (Power BI).
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and strong analytical skills.
  • Solid understanding of costing, manufacturing variance analysis, and inventory management.
  • Full professional English proficiency; Spanish and/or French is a plus.
