Overview

Brown-Forman Distillery is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Electrician to join their maintenance team across multiple shifts in Louisville, Kentucky. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability of high-speed manufacturing equipment through the installation, programming, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.

Key responsibilities

  • Work safely with plant electrical circuits ranging from 24V to 480V
  • Install, program, and troubleshoot AC/DC Drives and Servo Drives
  • Maintain and program Allen Bradley controllers and HMI development
  • Perform maintenance on high-speed packaging equipment
  • Maintain building switchgears, transformers, and emergency power systems
  • Ensure all work meets safety standards and regulatory requirements

Required skills

  • Electrician Journeyman's License or equivalent experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in electrical fault location and high-pressure environments
  • Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and blueprints
  • Strong basic math skills for electrical calculations
  • Adherence to safety standards and LOTO requirements
  • Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform various mobility tasks
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial or high-speed manufacturing
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills for Relay Logic and PLC Controls
  • Experience with industrial networking and power supply systems
