Overview

The ICU Clinical Nurse Coordinator at Methodist Hospital Texsan in Schertz, Texas, will play a crucial role in coordinating, evaluating, customizing, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within the Intensive Care Unit. This position involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and lead staff in a supportive healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead staff and manage scheduling according to patient care needs

Required skills

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (diploma, associate, or baccalaureate)
  • Current Texas licensure as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum of 1 year working as a Registered Nurse
  • 3 years of RN experience in an ICU setting preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
